Iceberg Run 2022

Sun 21 August 2022
Ampol Service Station (Southbound) Hume Highway, Pheasants Nest
6am for 6.30am departure
Andrew Lord, 0414 323 726,

What started out as an informal run for forumites has morphed into arguably the premier single make dawn busting roadster run in the land.

Designed to arouse the senses, grab your beanie, scarf and gloves and join the us for a descent deep into southern NSW for a run into the picturesque village of Wee Jasper. After a relatively mundane schlep down the Hume, we will wind our way along the captivating Wee Jasper Road complete with it's sheer drops and superb complexes of twists and turns. It's excellent surface provides the driver with optimum levels of confidence and encourages all to drive at a pace that sufficiently challenges. It's anticipated that we will stop for breakfast at the Merino Cafe, Gunning.

This run should not be missed and is the perfect mid point between the Brass Monkey and MX500.

Please note that this is a waypoint run and is graded XH. Participants should familiarise themselves with the waypoint guidelines and the run grading criteria before attending. More information can be found here:

NSW Government and/or Mx-5 Club of NSW COVID guidelines may apply to this event. Participants should check the club website as well as any relevant NSW Government website prior to attending.
