Illawarra’s Capital Country Run
Ian Bottcher has kindly volunteered to co-ordinate this day. Our fellow MX-5 enthusiasts from the Illawarra are touring our region over the weekend of 29/30 March and have invited us to come for a run with them on the Sunday. On the Saturday night they will be staying at the Carrington at Bungendore and have invited those interested to dine with them at the Woodworks Café across the road. If you are interested, please let our organiser, Ian know and he will pass on the numbers for catering. RSVP to Ian Bottcher for dinner by 14 March, please.
On the Sunday, we will meet at the McDonalds / Caltex Service station next to EPIC at 9.30 am. We will join our Illawarrian(?) friends for their run to Murrumbateman, then on to Gunning for lunch, via the roads around Dalton. Lunch is at Gunning at any of the fine eateries in the main street, then, if you wish, you can return to Canberra via Gundaroo. Alternatively, you can stay with the group and enjoy afternoon tea with them at Goulburn, before returning home via the Federal Highway.
