Jervis Bay Whale Watching
Join us for a leisurely cruise to Jervis Bay where the Club has booked a 48ft Glass Bottomed catamaran at Huskisson for a whale watching cruise. We have selected October as it is prime watching time for mothers and calves in the bay itself which means we don't have to go out in to open water.
We need to be at the wharf to meet the charter no later than 9:45 hence the early start.
We have been quoted $45 per person and need to get a minimum of 20 people on the day to secure this. The cruise takes 2.0-2.5 hours and we will find a suitable lunch venue upon our return. We will post and distribute to you more info as it comes to hand if your chapter intends coming on the cruise and/or lunch. At this stage the options we will be looking at is the Huskisson Pub and Gerroa’s Fishermans Co-op. There are many spots in Huskisson for smaller numbers as well as venues in Nowra, Gerringong and Kiama.
