Orange Gathering
This is an all chapter gathering with each chapter organising a run to and from Orange and all meeting up for dinner at the Orange Ex Services Club. Our Chapter is planning to leave on the Saturday morning from Hall lay by at 8:00 am. We will head to Orange through Cowra, Canowindra and Cargo. Finer details will be published closer to the date.
This is a two night run but if you only want to come for the weekend that will be fine. Jane and Wal Hick have done some ground work already and have secured some rooms at the Duntryleague Guesthouse which is a grand old estate house behind the high school and at the top of the golf course. The room rates vary as the rooms are all different. The rates below are a guide but Jane has negotiated a deal for us. However, if you want to go please book early:

Jane had secured 10 rooms and there are 3 left (rooms 1, 8, 12). There are some others at present and if we need more accommodation there is a motel across the road, the Orana Motel.
The rates for Saturday 12th August and Sunday 13th August are as follows:
Standard rooms @ $99 Sat and $89 Sunday
Heritage rooms @ $125 Sat and $109 Sunday
Deluxe rooms @ $140 Sat and $119 Sunday
Mansion rooms @ $160 Sat and $130 Sunday
