Phil's Frazer Park Run (Updated Please Read)
Join Phil & Helen in a nice drive to the coast of northern Central Coast and around southern Lake Macquarie and onto Frazer Park to enjoy the cool breeze and great ocean views. You never know maybe a game of boccee and a stroll on the beach paddling the feet.
