Running of the Sheep - Merriwa

The route will take you from Cessnock to Deman via Broke & Jerry's Plains for a B.Y.O. mormning tea at Denman Memorial Remberance Park. After Morning tea it will follow the Goldern Hwy to Merriwa..

Arrival at Merriwa around 11:00am should leave time to find a park and head to the Main Street, which will be blocked off, to check out the stalls before watching the running of the sheep at 12:00pm.

Street food stalls will be available for the purchase of lunch and refreshments.

Make your own way home after the event.
