We will meet at the Kurrajong Village near the Fire Station at 08.00am

At about 8.30am we will venture off making our way for the run up the Putty Road.  Coffee and comfort brake will be at the Grey Gums Cafe for approx 1/2 hr.

We will proceed up the Putty and catch up at Bulga at the local hall.

Heading off, we then proceed to the Twin River Winery near Denman where we will sample their finest wine and indulge in the antepasta and cheese boards.

Wine tasting - $10 per person.       Cheese Board - $35 to share between four,     Antipasto Board - $45 to share between four.

Soft drink available, but not beer (not sure about coffee)

We will then proceed through Denman and the back roads to Scone and our Motel:   Airlie House Motel - $139 pn

Phone 6545 1488 and credit card is needed to hold a room.

For those that are interested, there is a Warbirds Museum to visit, last visitor at 4pm and Entry is $23 per person or $17 for concessions

Saturday night dinner is at the Scone RSL where the choice is Australian, Chinese or Pizza to enjoy.

Sunday:

We have a couple of options here

Have breakfast at one of the local cafes or we can drive to the Belle Cheese shop at Aberdeen for breakfast which is about half an hour drive the long way.  We can decide this on Saturday.

After Breakfast you may want to head home or if you are planning to keep off the highway proceed through Broke staying with the plan to avoid highways and use back roads, ending up at the Magoony Coffee Shop at Broke for our last stop before heading back via the Putty Road.

RSVP:  You will need to secure you room at the Airlie House Motel first.  10 rooms have been reserved, so it is first in, first served.   Once you have booked your room let Grant know by emailing on    gnfspeed@bigpond.com
