A great midweek run

 

We will meet at Penrith Mcdonald for a run to Liverpool, over the Georges River and onto Heathcote Road and through Royal National Park.  We will exit the Park at Stanwell Tops and drive along the beaches to Seacliff Bridge.

Morning Tea will be at Austinmer - Bring your own or pop over to the cafe.

The run will then proceed onto the Warilla Bowling Club.  Parking and Eftpos available
