Werai Teahouse and Nursery, we’ve passed it many times on the intersection of Mount Broughton and Werai Roads in Werai on the Southern Highlands.
Now it’s time to stop there and try the coffee, tea, beer or a glass of wine with a country style lunch made from ingredients sourced from the local area.
Follow this with a selection from the divine cakes and treats on offer.
After satisfying your appetite you can wander through the ever expanding nursery.
The run will start at Hungry Jack’s Haywards Bay and head up Macquarie Pass through Robertson and on some back roads to Werai. It will only take an hour or so to get there meaning we’ll arrive in time to enjoy lunch together. It’s always nice to share a meal with good company.
