Steve will take us down the coast and up the river.

We’re going down to the Bay for a 3-hour lunch cruise in style aboard the MV Escapade. Includes the Boatshed's Famous fish and chips and complimentary tea and coffee.

We’ll start with coffee at Café Wood Works in Bungendore, and then scoot along the King’s Highway to Bateman’s Bay, hop on to the MV Escapade and relax on a trip to Nelligen and return.

Once in Bateman's Bay, please park in the Coles carpark on Perry Street (off North Street). It is a 10 minute walk to Innes Boatshed (1 Clyde Street).

Once at the Boatshed purchase a ticket from the coffee counter - $55 including fish and chips, or bring your own lunch and pay $40 for the boat trip.

Boarding from 11am, departing 11.30am and returns 2.30pm - places are reserved under Steve Wakeling and Canberra MX5 Car Club.

RSVP to Steve Wakeling at Stephen.Wakeling@aussie.com.au.

Run Grade: This is a ‘cruiser’ run, suitable for most drivers. It features a busy, generally sound road; the road has a reputation as dangerous (mainly due to driver error, impatience, and carelessness). Each leg of the trip is about 1.5 hours long. The Club’s Grading System is described at https://nsw.mx5.com.au/events/important-information/run-gradings.
