Firstly, how will we get there & where will we stay:
Hunter Chapter Run UPDATED:
The run will head off on Saturday morning for a scenic route to Goulburn with a planned arrival in the afternoon so members can relax ahead of a Special All Club Dinner. Starting from the Twin Service Stations on the M1 southbound (meet in McDonald's carpark), Helen & Grant will take the direct route to Narellan and take in Razorback to Picton for a lunch stop (approx 12:30pm), then onto Mount Keira, through Robertson onto Bundanoon before re-joining the M7 at Marulan for the remainder of the journey. Dependent on breaks the expected arrival time will be between 4:30pm to 5:00pm.
Now onto Accommodation:
We've secured a lodge close to Wakefield Park. The lodge has a common room with tables, chairs & cooking facilities. The rooms available at the lodge:
1 x double room $120 (2 person occupancy)
4 x twin rooms $130 for 2 persons, $165 for 3 persons or $200 for 4 persons.
The lodge has a maximum occupancy of 24 persons so it's first in best dressed.
Note: If we can fill the lodge, the charge per room will be reduced. To secure your spot or if you have any questions please contact Lindsay Green on 0422470118.
As the Hunter Run will take us to this accommodation, it will be first offered to Hunter members prior to offering beds to other club members.
