20th Anniversary of Motorsport dinner

The 20th anniversary motorsport dinner is locked in for the night of 25th November at the Southern Star Inn in Gouburn from 6:00pm.
I know that you have all been hanging out for entries to open for this dinner, so here it is!
The venue will seat 200+ people for dinner, so there is plenty of room for everybody. We have chosen the $60 three-course menu, which will be subsidised for members of the MX-5 Club of NSW. The cost is $40 for members and $60 for non-members.
Please complete the booking form on the event page to indicate your preferences. The Southern Star Inn tells me that they can cater for any special dietary needs, so please indicate this if required.
At the dinner, we will have several invited guests, including a few Club members from our very first track day at Wakefield Park in 1997. I am sure that there will be a few anecdotes shared during the evening! Teasers will be leaked over the next few months…
Since we have a track day the next day, it won’t be a late night. Formalities will be kept to a minimum. The centre piece for the evening is a presentation by Bryan Shedden and Ed Chivers of the Club’s motorsport history, with a special focus on those early days, especially the first track day at Wakefield Park. Not to be missed!
Except for the organisers and invited guests, we won’t have allocated seating. You are free to organise your own tables on the evening. Will advise table layouts soon.

A long-sleeve polo shirt will be available free-of-charge for each club member attending the Saturday dinner and/or competing/officiating at the Sunday club track day. The shirts are premium pre-shrunk 100% cotton (black), suitable for competitor use at club track days, and have a 50+ UPF rating. They have the club logo on the front-left chest and a commemorative large graphic on the back. All we need is your shirt size.
It should be a fun night, so please BOOK NOW. Note that your entry is only confirmed once you have paid by direct deposit ($40 for members, $60 for non-members) – details are on the booking form. Please note that if you no not wish to attend the dinner, but intend to enter the club track day we still need you to complete the booking form so that we can get your shirt size.
